Can I return my jewelry?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Email us at info@m-fitaihi.com 

How quickly will I receive my jewelry?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of placing your order and take 1-2 days on average to deliver within KSA. International orders vary based on local customs procedures.

Do you offer gift wrap?

There is no need to to select gift wrap when ordering from M.Fitaihi as we gift wrap every single order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, and Mada Debit Cards for all orders at our online store, and in our boutique.

I received a gift and I want to exchange it for something else. What should I do?

To make an exchange, email info@m-fitaihi.com, along with a note that you would like to make an exchange. All exchanges must be unused and in salable condition. Request for an exchange of a gift must be made in a timely matter. 

What is your policy on coupon codes and promotions?

Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased. Only one discount and or promotion code may be used per purchase. 

Can I make changes to my personalized piece?

Changes cannot be made on personalized pieces as they are made to order, all custom and personalized pieces are Final Sale. Please make sure you double check your personalized order before placing it as it is Final Sale.
